The Jack A. Fusco Energy Center is a highly efficient combined-cycle facility located in Richmond, Texas.  Two combustion turbines are routed to two heat recovery steam generators, which provide steam to one steam turbine.

This merchant power plant is a Bronze-level member in the Clean Texas Program, sponsored by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
